A Kokomo man who had been at the Howard County Courthouse for a plea hearing, ran from the courthouse Tuesday after learning he was about to be charged with additional counts.
31-year old Jonathon Heath had handcuffs on him when he ran from a security area, but was caught a short time later inside Kokomo Municipal Stadium.
Heath now faces even more charges, including escape.
