Marion Police have confirmed that the deaths of two teenagers over the weekend was a case of Murder-Suicide.
Investigators say 17-year old Corbin Page of Gas City shot 13-year old Alainee Byer of Jonesboro early Sunday morning at the home of the girls’ father on Lincoln Street in Marion. He then turned the gun on himself.
The teens had been dating for several months, but the girl reportedly wanted to end the relationship. Police say Page went to the home while her father was at work and shot the girl and then himself.
