Tipton County taxpayers will see some changes in the next month when they pay their property tax payments online.
When paying online, Tipton County taxpayers will be able to pay with credit card, debit, e-check, PayPal and several other options. Currently, property owners can only pay online using a credit card, and that costs them a 3-percent processing fee. Now, those options will be funded entirely through online convenience fees. Credit card use will now cost Tipton County residents a 2.75-percent fee.
