Today is the final day to file for the upcoming May Primary in Indiana and in Grant County, several people have filed for office.
Two Democrats filed yesterday to run for the County Council, including the County Democratic Chairman. Democratic County Chairman Terry Stodghill filed to run for County Council District 3 against incumbent Republican Mark Leming.
In District 2, Marion Community Schools Director of Communications Patricia Gibson filed for the Democratic nomination to run against Republican incumbent Frank Hix.
And Republican Rhonda Wylie has filed to run for Grant County Assessor.
