Purdue University has officially launched its online arm “Purdue University Global.”
Chancellor Betty Vandenbosch says Purdue Global’s student body will range from mid-career professionals to military-affiliated learners to former college attendees looking to complete their degrees. Purdue University acquired Kaplan University last month and has re-branded it Purdue Global.
Vandenbosch says Purdue already has the infrastructure in place to make the online institution a success.
