The sixth annual Marion Community Schools Kindness Rally is set for Friday evening, celebrating the power that kindness has to change the world.
The Kindness Rally will take place at the Bill Green Athletic Arena at Marion High School from 5:30 to 8 p-m.
According to Assistant Superintendent Bob Shultz, one of the highlights of the Rally will be honoring those who have shown kindness to others.
There will also be performances by many of the schools’ musical groups at the Kindness Rally, plus carnival games, bounce houses, a photo booth, food and more.
Proceeds from the event will go to anti-bullying efforts in Marion schools.
