You will not learn the identity of the person accused of shooting a teacher and fellow student at Noblesville West Middle School last week.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Lee Buckingham said his office is prevented from releasing that information by law. Buckingham could release the information only if the youth is eventually charged as an adult, though that’s unlikely. According to Indiana law, a minor cannot be charged as an adult unless a murder was committed.
