Elvis hasn’t returned to the building, but the plaque commemorating the site of his last concert has returned.
A rededication ceremony was held Tuesday in Indianapolis at the former site of Market Square Arena. The plaque honored his concert there on June 26th of 1977, which was his last before his death two months later.
The plaque had been removed when Market Square Arena was demolished several years ago.
