IU Health-Ball Memorial Hospital will offer free child car seat inspections today from 2 to 4 p-m at the Huffer Memorial Children’s Center on Elgin Street in Muncie.
During the clinic, a certified car-seat safety technician will check and make necessary adjustments to each car seat to better protect children in the event of a crash
