Graduation rates at Howard County high schools spiked in 2018, according to figures from the Indiana Department of Education.
Kokomo High School’s graduation rate jumped from 79-percent in 2017 to almost 94-percent this past year.
Northwestern had the highest graduation rate in Howard County at more than 98-percent. Eastern and Western remained mostly steady for 2018, while Taylor saw a significant increase in 2018.
