The Salvation Army of Grant County has been forced to close its’ Food Pantry temporarily because of a lack of food.
Local Corps Commander Lieutenant Blake Fewell says high demand and low supply forced the closure of the Food Pantry Thursday morning..
Fewell says the Food Pantry in Marion will be closed until their new shipment arrives, but that won’t be until next Thursday.
Fewell says donations to the food pantry at the Salvation Army in Marion would be greatly appreciated right now.
