The Grant County government phone system changeover is nearly complete.
At yesterday’s Grant County Commissioners’ meeting, county information technology director Marcus Elliott reported that the county complex is the final phase of the changeover from the old analog phones to a new voiceover IP phone system.
Elliott says the cost for the project was in the 150,000 to 200,000 dollars. That also includes an update on the county’s emergency notification system.
