New U.S. Census Bureau data shows Indiana’s population is growing. Indiana added nearly 31,800 residents in 2018 to reach a total population of 6.69 million, according to the latest population estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau. In this area, Howard & Madison Counties showed modest population growth. Grant, Blackford, Wabash, Delaware, and Miami counties all reported population losses.
