Ball State University has plans to expand in areas being identified by the schools as “catalyst project opportunities”.
The Muncie Star Press reports that Ball State has identified 5 properties in The Village retail-resident district adjacent to the campus as future development sites.
Included in the project plans is replacing 2 apartment complexes which house Ball State students and staff that are more than 50 years old.
