Tonight Carmel might join the likes of Indianapolis in banning e-cigarettes in public places and businesses.
The new proposal will go before the Carmel Common Council. Councillors cite health concerns among youth and young adults as a reason for the ban.
The council meeting begins at 6 pm in city hall.
