A ban on a swingers club in Fort Wayne failed last night to get passed the Fort Wayne City Council.
The Journal Gazette says the vote was three for and three against. If passed, the ruling would’ve banned clubs that let patrons engage in “live sex acts” after paying a fee.
Council President John Crawford opposed the ban, telling the Journal Gazette he recently toured the club and found it “clean, secure, and well-managed”.
The Council did institute a “6-foot rule” between strip club performers and their audience.
