The Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce is has announced the appointment of Brittany Howey as Membership & Marketing Director for the Chamber, effective today.
Howey will be responsible for front-line member engagement and community involvement through electronic and personal interaction. Her duties will also include the creation of professional written communications and promotions, and web site management.
“I’m looking forward to meeting with the Grant County business community to see how I can best support and serve them,” Howey said. “I also look forward to finding out what the Chamber is already doing well for them and expanding those opportunities.”
As Membership & Marketing Director she will also be directly involved with oversight and implementation of member support, retention, fundraising, educational and public relations as well as event management.
Brittany Howey is a Grant County native and attended Ball State University before spending the past seven and a half years in the banking industry.
President Kylie Jackson said, “We are thrilled that Brittany has joined our team. She will bring energy and enthusiasm to all that we do. She will be a great asset to the Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce.”
