Actor Chad Kennerk will teach a Masterclass on Method Acting and the Satnislavskii System throughout James Dean Weekend.
The class is Friday from 1 – 3 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Sunday from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. and Monday from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. at the Stardust Ballroom, located at 112 1/2 N Main St. in Fairmount.
Kennerk offers an opportunity for individuals to discover authentic techniques on Method Acting and the Stanislavski System. These classes will allow people to immerse in the heritage and history of The Actors Studio, of which James Dean was a lifetime member.
All four sessions are $100. Sessions 1-3 $85. Sunday’s session is only $20. This third session is an in-depth history of method acting and The Actors Studio, including James Dean’s experience as a lifetime member.
