Morgan’s hits Up Down and Whiskey Glasses have both been certified platinum, while his debut song, The Way I Talk, and his debut album, If I Know Me, have each achieved gold status.
Ashley McBryde will receive the Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award from CMT during its Artists of the Year ceremony October 16 in Nashville. Ashley is the third to receive the honor, following Kelsea Ballerini in 2016 and Chris Stapleton in 2015.
The first new music from Dan + Shay’s forthcoming album will be out on Friday. The new song, 10,000 Hours, will be a collaboration with Justin Bieber. Dan + Shay have yet to reveal details of the next album, which will follow their self-titled 2018 effort that produced three number one hits.
