Metzger has been charged with five counts of theft where the value of the property was between $750 and $50,000. She’s also charged with five counts of official misconduct. Those ten charges are all Level 6 felonies.

Metzger, who was appointed as the township’s trustee in 2016, was re-elected at the beginning of 2019.
