A new study says the second-largest city in Indiana is the third-happiest city in the country. SeniorLiving.com ranked Fort Wayne third, only behind Provo, Utah and Manchester, New Hampshire. Fort Wayne was the only Hoosier city to make the list.
The study analyzed cities based on numerous factors, including suicide rates, unemployment rate, median household income, life expectancy and average commute length.
