Reminder: Don’t forget to bring your outside cats, dogs inside for warmth

Snow and colds temperatures aren’t just dangerous for you — they’re also dangerous for your four-legged friends.

The Indiana State Board of Animal Health reminds you to bring “outdoor” cats and dogs inside when the temperature is at or below 32 degrees.

Many cities and towns have rules about when you must bring your pet inside. And wipe off their paws and bellies to remove rock salt and de-icing chemicals.
