Notre Dame Stadium’s sellout streak will end this Saturday.
Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick says based on ticket sales through Wednesday, they’ll have some empty seats for the game between No. 16 Notre Dame and No. 21 Navy.
It will be the first time since Thanksgiving Day 1973 that the Fighting Irish won’t play in front of a full home crowd — ending a streak of 273 straight sellouts, the second-longest streak in the country.
