The A&E Biography documentary Garth Brooks: The Road I’m On makes its premiere tonight. Over two nights, the show will focus on Garth’s career and personal life. Several artists and family members will be interviewed during the shows.

Sam Hunt will no longer perform at the inaugural NASCAR Awards December 5 — fallout from his DUI arrest. The show will be co-hosted by Cassadee Pope and racing analyst Rutledge Wood. Chris Janson will perform during the event.

A benefit concert headlined by George Strait on November 25 at Austin City Limits raised $1.5 million for hurricane relief efforts in The Bahamas.

Midland has postponed its US and UK tour dates for the remainder of 2019 after the birth of band member Mark Wystrach’s baby. Mark and wife Ty Haney welcomed a daughter, Sunny Leon, but there were complications… leading to the decision to reschedule the concerts. Sunny is expected to make a full recovery, but Mark is unable to leave home at this time.

A Shania Twain collaboration with rapper Post Malone could be on the horizon. Shania says she has already written a song and would love to record with the rapper, who has been long been a self-professed Shania fan.

… Shania Twain is also planning to collaborate with former One Direction frontman Harry Styles. Shania says the two have had conversations about writing and recording together.

Craig Morgan spent Thanksgiving week in South Korea entertaining troops stationed at Camp Humphrey. Marking his 12th USO tour, the former Army veteran’s performances and meetings with the troops will be a part of CMT’s Top 20 Countdown, December 14-15.

Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott says after performing for CMA Country Christmas, the trio feel it’s time to head back into the studio sometime next year to work on new Christmas music. Hillary indicates the trio will likely add more songs to their 2012 album, On This Winter’s Night, and re-issue the project. Catch the trio’s performance tomorrow night on ABC when CMA Country Christmas airs.
