Appeals on Wheels makes stop at Mississinewa High School

Indiana’s second highest Court will conduct oral argument at Mississinewa High School on Monday at 11:00 a.m.

A panel consisting of Judge John G. Baker, Judge Patricia A. Riley, and Judge Cale J. Bradford will hear Dion Johnson v. State of Indiana. The case synopsis can be found here.

The oral argument will conclude with a question and answer session with the audience; however, the judges are unable to speak about the case.

The event is open to the public and will last about one hour.

This argument marks the Court’s 44th Appeals on Wheels event this year.
