Public Speaks on Proposed Animal Ordinance


Marion citizens had a chance to speak on the proposed amendment to the Animal Ordinance which is intended to enforce mandatory spaying and neutering of pets.
 
Five members of the public were in favor of the proposal, which would inflict fines if the law is violated, and two spoke out against the enforcement.
