Kokomo Police are still searching for a man they believe is on the run, but who is considered armed and dangerous.
51-year old Gary Perkins of Kokomo allegedly held a woman captive Monday at his home on West Park Avenue, where he attacked her. The woman was able to escape and contacted authorities.
Police say Perkins has a violent background. He’s described as a white male, 6-foot-tall, 180 pounds who is bald with brown eyes.
