A third Republican has announced plans to run for the Miami County Sheriff’s office in the May Primary.
Current Indiana State Trooper Rick Brown will seek the G-O-P nomination for the position, which will be vacated by Tim Miller at the end of 2018. Miller is barred by state law from seeking a third consecutive term in office.
Trooper Brown has lived in Miami County all his life and has been with the State Police for more than 20-years.
