No More Fees At Lincoln Boyhood Park In Indiana

Starting January 1st, there will be no more entrance fees charged to see the boyhood home of Abraham Lincoln in Spencer County, Indiana.

The National Park Service, which oversees the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial in Lincoln City, says the land on which the memorial sits belongs to all and thus will suspend all fees to enter and see the boyhood home of the nation’s 16th president starting on New Year’s Day.

It had cost five-dollars per person to get into Indiana’s first National Park.
