The Chairman of the Republican Party in Miami County plans to run for the Indiana House of Representatives and if he’s elected, he would be the youngest member of the Indiana House.
26-year old Ethan Manning will run for House District 23, which includes most of Miami County and parts of Cass and Fulton counties. That seat is being vacated by Bill Friend of Macy, who said last week that he would not seek re-election.
