Through next Tuesday, the Marion Fire Department is accepting applications for new firefighters.
Marion Fire Chief Geoff Williams says if you’ve even had a desire to be a firefighter, they now is your chance. But Chief Williams says there are several requirements, including physical abilities and age.
Chief Williams says applications are available at Marion City Hall, but only through next Tuesday. Call City Hall or stop by for more information.
