The Grant County Economic Growth Council tonight will host a forum at Indiana Wesleyan University that they hope will answer some burning questions that I-W-U students ask about the city.
The event is called “Why Marion?” and will be held at the Globe Theater at Indiana Wesleyan University starting at 7. A panel of about 30 people will try and answer questions that many ask like “Why are we all here? Why do you study here? Why do you work here? Why is IWU in Marion? Why does place matter?
Mayor Jess Alumbaugh will be the lead off speaker for the session.
The public is invited.
