A portion of highway 931 in Kokomo will be closed much of the day Tuesday for the installation of a pedestrian bridge over the highway.
The bridge will link the Nickel Plate Trail to downtown Kokomo. The work will take place from 7 a-m until about 5 p-m Tuesday, weather permitting.
All traffic will be detoured during the work.
