The city of Anderson has put the old Mounds Mall property on the market and is asking three-million for the site.
The mall closed it’s doors for good in April after 53 years in Anderson. The only businesses remaining are a movie theater and an eyeglass store, which have separate entrances. The Mounds Mall property includes 36 acres.
