Kokomo’s Coordinated Assistance Ministries has put its’ Serena House Shelter for young women up for sale after closing the facility earlier this year.
The CAM organization has struggled financially and says it cannot pay the mortgage any longer, so they are putting the Serena House up for sale.
The Kokomo home has been used as a shelter for homeless young women since 2014, but closed in March after funding became scarce.
