A Kokomo home is now on the National Register of Historic Places following the careful renovation of the home by it’s owner.
Dorwin Star bought the home at 114 East Jefferson Street in 1976 and began fixing it up, especially when he learned of the home’s history that dated back to 1878.
Now, with the house fully renovated to the style of the 1870s, it has become the 12th Kokomo property to be placed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
