The Kokomo City Council continues to move forward with re-zonings and a appropriations to boost the city’s urban infill program.
The spending measure and three re-zonings at the corner of Purdum and Monroe streets, further moves forward the next phase of the city’s urban infill program…which hopes to re-invigorate Kokomo neighborhoods through market-rate home construction.
