Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler will deliver his final state of the city address Tuesday April 16th.
According to the Star Press, Tyler’s remarks will highlight accomplishments from this past year, as well as the work downtown and in surrounding neighborhoods he’d like to see through in his final months in office.
