Nearly 60 million dollars from the state will help Ball State in its’ planned demolition and renovation of the Cooper Science Complex.
The Star Press says that the first phase involves construction of the 62.5 million dollar health professions building. Phase 2 will be the new 87.5 million dollar foundational science building. Phase 3 will be with the Cooper building itself.
Phase 1 should be complete by this summer. Phase 2 will begin in the fall.
