A boy who allegedly suffered bite wounds is at the center of a lawsuit filed against Muncie Community Schools and the corporation’s former bus contractor. 

The incident reportedly occurred in May of 2017 when a boy riding a bus home from Storer Elementary School was attacked and bitten several times by another student. 

The lawsuit against Muncie schools and M&M Bus company is seeking compensation for the incident.
