It’s been 10 days since a kayaker from South Bend went missing in Porter County.
Jacob Sandy, an accountant from South Bend, was last seen on surveillance video in a parking lot at Indiana Dunes National Park. It looked like he was preparing to take his kayak out onto Lake Michigan.
A few days later someone found his kayak and turned it into police, but there was still no sign of Sandy.
