At last nights Marion city council meeting councilors questioned Marion officials over the rising costs of the city’s lawsuit over the former YMCA renovation, according to The Chronicle Tribune.
As of now legal costs are around $900,000, according to city controller Julie Flores.
During the meeting Mayor Jess Alumbaugh stood firmly behind the lawsuit.
