The Grant County smoking ban ordinance is dead in the water after the Grant County Commissioners did not make a motion to adopt the ordinance recommended by the Grant County Health Board.
Commissioner Mark Bardsley, who did not support the ordinance in its current form, said he will bring back a substitute version of the ordinance August 5.
