A social media rumor has caused a stir about the Howard County 4-H Fair.
According to Howard County 4-H Fair Secretary Jay Freeman, the American flag will be allowed to be flown at the Fair just like in years past.
There will be a flag raising ceremony and church service at the fairgrounds opening night of the fair, Sunday, July 7 at 6:45 p.m.
