Grant County EMA says a mix of rain and snow will quickly change over to all snow late this morning into early this afternoon. Snow will continue through the afternoon into early this evening.
Affected areas include Grant, Fulton, De Kalb, Noble, Allen, Marshall, White, Kosciusko, Defiance, Whitley, Wells, Wabash, Huntington, Pulaski, Williams, Blackford, Starke, Miami and Cass counties.
