Family Service Society, Inc. to host 30th Annual Crystal Ball

Family Service Society, Inc. will be hosting the 30th Annual Crystal Ball on Saturday, Feb. 29 at Meshingomesia Country Club at 6 p.m.

The Crystal Ball is a fundraiser that benefits services and programming provided by Family Service Society, Inc. to help improve lives.

Crystal Ball will feature an auction, dinner and dancing with new musical guests, Felix and Fingers, a high energy dueling piano act. The overall theme of the night is raising money but with a focus on creating fun.

“Our goal is to raise $100,000 and to have a great time doing it.” Said Iris Brunner, Marketing & Development Director. “Crystal Ball is the single most important event for FSSI of the year. The dollars we raise at this fundraiser are what allow us to do the most and best work for children and families in Grant County.”

The silent auction will be available online and utilize mobile bidding.

The items available for bidding will be featured on the online site www.crystalball2020.cbo.io and bidding will be done directly from a smartphone, tablet or a pc. With the addition of the online auction, it allows for additional bidders to participate, even if you are not able to attend the event.

This year’s auction will include items like a vacation to Hilton Head, SC, home goods, dining certificates, special birthday party rentals, family fun experiences, art from local artisans among other items.

Auction items can be viewed here and the silent auction is currently open and accepting bids.

This event made possible by JR Equipment, Atlas Foundry, Indiana Michigan Power, Bahr Brothers, Deltec Solu????ons, Edward Jones- Bobby Browder, Mutual Bank, Hoosier AM/FM Radio and Marion General Hospital.
