ISDH: Grant County records 11th COVID-19 case, state surpasses 3,000

Grant County now has 11 positive COVID-19 cases, an increase of two from yesterday.

Across the state, there are now a total of 3,039 cases, according to the Indiana State Department of Health. This is an increase of 474 Hoosiers from yesterday. The state’s largest single-day increase. There are now 78 deaths.

To date, 16,285 tests have been conducted.

Marion County had the most new cases, at 192. Other counties with more than 10 new cases were Decatur (10), Clark (11), Floyd (13), Hamilton (21), Hendricks (24) and Lake (28).

The state’s total is updated every day at 10 a.m.
