What would you like to see in your local parks?
Officials with the City of Marion recently conducted research for the “Marion Parks 2020 – 2024 Master Park Plan,” and learned that many Marion residents do not frequent neighborhood parks. According to the city’s website, a big reason citizens did not visit locals parks was because of the lack of desired amenities.
As a result, city officials are asking citizens to complete a survey detailing what amenities they’d like to see at their local parks.
The survey can be found on the city of Marion’s website and will be open for responses until September 1st.
