Comfort food meets ice cream is happening today! Yep… you read that right. Today (July 14th) is National Mac and Cheese day. Kraft Mac and Cheese have teamed up with Brooklyn ice cream company Van Leeuwen Ice Cream for a new creation.
The companies have created Kraft Mac and Cheese ice cream that you can taste today only. You guessed correctly… there is cheese in this ice cream. They are saying you will not be disappointed if you try this treat!
Now… Brooklyn isn’t really that close to Marion, Indiana… which means we can’t really try the product… especially this late in the afternoon. The company took that into consideration and is offering online orders of the product. You do have to buy a pint of it. That’s the only serving size they have offered. They are taking orders on their website today. If you would like to order it, you can here. It will cost you around $12 to get your hands on a pint. They say… it’ll give you the same feeling as if you were eating an actual bowl of Kraft Mac and Cheese. I’m wondering if you will get the same warm sensation when you eat it? Hopefully, it does make you feel warm and fuzzy inside!
