Lately, I’ve been on a big cookie kick! I’m not going to lie, I had cookie dough for dessert last night, but an actual cookie probably would have been just as good! Thanks to falling onto Crumble Cookie TikTok for this new obsession!
To be honest, I’m not a baker by any means because I have the hardest time following directions. It’s not that I don’t know how to follow directions, I just chose not to.
Well, I came across this video and knew I had to share it with all the cookie lovers out there. Did you know the temperature you set your oven to, determines the outcome of your cookie?
This video explains the lower the temperature the crispier the cookie. The hotter the temperature, the chewier the cookie. As I said, I’m not a baker, so I don’t know if this is true, but it seems light to me.
